Working Experience
Polynesian Cultural Center- Ali'i Luau- Hale Aloha (2022-2024)
" During my tenure at the Ali'i Luau as a food service worker for a span of two years, I actively adhered to the organizational culture encapsulated by REWATCH—Radiating the Spirit, Embracing Learning, Wowing Customers, Taking Charge, Cultivating Trust, and Honoring Legacy. This ethos served as both a guiding principle and a benchmark for my conduct and performance throughout my employment.
My commitment to embodying the REWATCH culture contributed significantly to my recognition as the Employee of the Month on two occasions and earned me repeated commendations from organizational leadership. Over this period, I honed a diverse skill set, including proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service, adept problem-solving abilities, and effective public speaking skills. Notably, I demonstrated resilience and composure when confronted with demanding situations, efficiently collaborating with both colleagues and customers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Moreover, my affinity for collaborative environments and dedication to fulfilling assigned responsibilities led me to actively participate in server auditions on twenty occasions. Demonstrating versatility and competence, I successfully qualified and obtained certifications for all auditions, showcasing my adaptability and readiness to assume diverse roles within the organization.
